MYRIAM CHRIQUI TIMSIT - MTC

The Israeli- French painter Myriam Chriqui Timsit was born in Paris where she has paint since she’s a child, before to start artistic classesPennynghen, Efap Images. Eclectic, Myriam has taken care alternately artistic direction, writing of books, communication besides its activity of painter since 2000s. In 2015 she decided to focus on painting, her vocation she has never stopped.

The artist scans subjects of her time, wonders about thorough themes. Her paintings deploy in poetic allegories to make dream, give some keys for positive and understanding. Myriam likes telling stories, explores themes whether it is in several shutters with triptychs or in unique version. She approaches Torah and Judaism, childhood, music, wedding, nature… The light for example has been a depth study of Torah texts before to create the book : « Or, Lumière vivante », written and illustrated by Myriam.

The artist paint most of the time in the oil, with a free style close to the subject which drives her.
